why is this here
I've cut myself off from nearly all forms of the internet that suck away my time. I even block myself from reading too much xkcd because I know I can waste hours hitting the "Random" button. Instead, I've been spending much of my time on the internet reading blog-style writing.
The shift has been enjoyable, and I've started using my own previously abandoned blog again as well.
I'm going to try out keeping this space as a secondary place for quick, low-effort short-form posts. Thanks for reading!
